The Terms and Conditions mentioned below form an integral part of the service contract between you and RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL ( "ResolGlobal" or "RSG") . Please read them carefully and provide your consent by signing each page of this document as an acknowledgment of your acceptance.
By submitting an order or making payment—whether online, verbal, or written—you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to all statements mentioned herein.

1. Research Paper Publications | Manuscripts | Conferences

1. Papers must be submitted in WORD format and in accordance with the specific journal or conference guidelines and formatting requirements.

2. Once a paper is accepted, all copyrights are transferred to the respective journal or conference.

3. A paper/manuscript, once accepted/submitted/published, cannot be withdrawn or modified at any later stage.

4. RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL provides assistance only in the publication process for selected journals and conferences. We do not provide review, comments, corrections, indexing, or related services.

5. Our responsibility is limited only up to the publication of the paper in the respective journal. We bear no responsibility for indexing with any company/agency at any stage.

6. Authors must verify the authenticity and validity of journals and web links before submitting papers for processing.
   RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL is not responsible for journal authenticity, website validity, indexing status, or any changes (addition/removal) made by indexing agencies before or after publication.

7. Authors or conference participants must bear all banking/transfer charges.

8. Conference Registration Fees or Article Processing Fees do not include accommodation or travel.

9. After publishing an issue or indexing, no corrections can be made to the article.

10. All communication, updates, and notifications shall be sent via email only.

11. If a paper does not meet a journal’s requirements, it may be considered for another journal after author confirmation.

12. Only original articles are accepted. Previously published or plagiarized content is strictly prohibited.
    If an author submits copied content, all legal liability lies entirely with the author.

13. Authors will receive a PDF copy and journal link after publication. No hard copies will be provided.

14. We do not charge publication fees; however, we charge a processing fee, termed as Article Processing Charges (APC).

15. The Editorial Board is not responsible for the views, facts, or data expressed in published papers. Full responsibility lies with the respective authors.

2. Thesis | Ghostwriting Services

1. By placing an order and/or making payment, you purchase the product for your personal use only.
   All content is prepared by freelance writers who transfer all rights and ownership to RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL.

2. All products/services are non-refundable and carry no warranties, expressed or implied.
   Refunds, if any, may be issued solely at the discretion of RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL.

3. All products provided are original content. Copyright of the final product is transferred to you alone.
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL from any misuse or unauthorized use of delivered content.

4. We do not condone or support plagiarism or academic misconduct. We strictly follow copyright laws and will not knowingly engage in or support any academic fraud.

5. RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any unethical, illegal, or inappropriate use of delivered content, including plagiarism issues, academic penalties, disciplinary actions, lawsuits, or losses of any kind.

6. Editing Orders:
   We revise edited content only to correct objective or technical errors. Further revisions, if no such errors remain, are at our sole discretion.

7. Ghostwriting Orders:
   We revise small sections of the content until approved by the client. Once approved, further revisions are billed separately.

8. We provide publishing consultation (free) for clients purchasing full length content. This may be via email, phone, or attached document at our discretion. We do not guarantee publication.

9. RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL is not responsible for the content of any third-party links, websites, or companies. Following external links is at your own risk.

10. We make no warranties regarding services/products, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

11. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of our services, breach of terms, or violation of third-party rights.

12. In no event shall RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

13. We reserve the right to unilaterally modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available in the official Terms & Conditions section.
    
    

3. Book Titles Declaration by Author (If Applicable)

1. I understand that plagiarism involves using another person’s ideas, words, or work as one’s own without proper acknowledgment.

2. I acknowledge that plagiarism is wrong. This submission is my original work, or, in the case of group work, our collective original submission.

3. I acknowledge that RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL is not responsible for any facts, statements, or content published in the book. All legal liability lies solely with me/the author(s).

4. I hereby transfer all rights, including copyright, for the submitted book/paper/assignment to RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL.

5. The statements and opinions expressed are solely those of the authors. RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL does not verify and does not endorse such content.

6. I confirm that the work is original, properly cited, and that I have the authority to execute this assignment.
   Where multiple authors exist, at least one author signing this document confirms that all co-authors have provided their assent.
