Ethics & Policies

The terms and conditions mentioned below form an integral part of the service contract signed between you and the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL. Please read them carefully and give your consent by signing each page of this document as an acknowledgement of your acceptance. By submitting the Order and/or payment online, verbal or written, you acknowledge that you are in complete understanding and agreement with the statements mentioned below :

Research Papers Publications| Manuscripts | Conferences

1. Paper should be submitted in the WORD FORMAT and as per the Journals specifications or conference requirements/Formats.
2. Once the paper is accepted , all the copyrights of your article will be transferred & reserved to the respective journal or conferences.
3. Paper/Manuscript once accepted/submitted/published cannot be withdrawn or Modified at any stage later on.
4. RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL only provides assistance in the publication process in selected journals or conferences. It does not provide assistance in review, comment, correction or indexing etc for the papers.
5. RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL is responsible only up to publication of the papers in the respective journal. It does not hold any responsibility of indexing of papers with any Company/ Indexing agency later on.
  Authors are encouraged to check the authenticity and validity of the Journal/web links before giving any papers to us for processing.
6. RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL is not responsible, in any way, for the validity and authenticity of journals/Journal web-links. Neither is RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL responsible for addition or removal of any Journals from any indexing agencies before or after the publications.
7. Authors or Conference participants MUST bear all banking charges or transfer charges.
8. Conference Registration Fees or Article Processing Fees do not include accommodation and travel.
9. After Publishing an Issue / Indexing, the author can’t make any correction in the article.
10. All the communication and latest information or notifications through email only.
11. If the paper does not meets the requirement of a particular journal, it can be published in another journal after due confirmation from the respective Authors.
12. We accept only original articles. Articles already published will not published again. If Author submits the copied articles and commits a fraud, author himself/herself shall be responsible for all the legal implications and consequences arising thereof.
13. You will be given a PDF copy and Journal link once the paper is published in the required Journal. No Hard copy shall be given to you.
14. We don’t charge any publication fees but we charge our processing fees for the same which is termed as Article processing Charges(APC).
15. The Editorial Board will not be responsible for the facts expressed in the published papers and in the Journal if differed in any manner; the entire liability will lie with the respective author.

Thesis | Ghostwriting

1. By submitting the Order and/or payment, You are purchasing the Product for your use only. All Products are drafted by freelance writers who transferred all rights and ownership regarding the Products to the Publications House. All Products are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied. It is your obligation to read these Terms and Conditions before submitting any Order and/or payment to this House.
2. The Products and Services offered are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied. Once an Order has been completed, the hours put into the project cannot be recuperated and thus we will not provide a refund. We will, however, to the best of our ability, seek to satisfy our Clients. In certain cases, the Publications House may provide a refund on its own discretion.
3. The Products delivered to you are completely original content. The full copyright to the Products and other materials delivered to You is retained by You and You alone. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL for any and all unauthorized uses you may make of any material available made available to You by RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL. Any unauthorized use of the delivered Products and/or content of this House may subject You to civil or criminal penalties.
4. We do not condone, encourage, or knowingly take part in plagiarism or any other acts of academic fraud or dishonesty. We strongly adhere to and abide by all copyright laws, and will not knowingly allow any Customer to commit plagiarism or violate copyright laws.
5. Neither the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL nor any of its affiliates and/or partners shall be liable for any unethical, inappropriate, illegal, or otherwise wrongful use of the Products and/or other written material received from our House. This includes plagiarism, lawsuits, poor grading, expulsion, academic probation, loss of scholarships/awards/grants/prizes/titles/positions, failure, suspension, or any other disciplinary or legal actions. The buyer of material from our COMPNAY is solely responsible for any and all disciplinary actions arising from the improper, unethical, and/or illegal use of the material.
6. Editing Orders: We will revise edited content to ensure that no objective or technical errors remain. If no (to be removed) objective or technical errors remain in the content, any further revisions to that content are provided at the sole discretion of the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL.
7. Ghostwriting Orders: We will revise small segments of written material until that segment is approved by the Client. Once the Client approves of the content that we develop, revisions to that content will be billed at an appropriate editing rate.
8. We provide publishing consultation, free of charge, to all Clients who purchase full-length manuscript orders (for either editing or ghostwriting). This consultation may be provided over e-mail, telephone, or within an attached document, at the sole discretion of the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL. However, We do not, in any way or under any circumstance, guarantee that this consultation (or any of our other services) will lead to the Client being published. We also do not guarantee any specific number of hours of consultation.
9. Although this COMPNAY may be linked to other companies/groups/websites/houses, we do not endorse, approve, certify, or sponsor the linked sites unless specifically stated therein. The RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL is not the owner of, does not control, and is not responsible for any content of any site linked to this RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL. Your linking to other companies/groups/websites/houses from this RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL is at your own risk.
10. The RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL makes no representations or warranties with regard to the any service or any materials therein, whether express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement or any implied warranty arising out of course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade. In addition, the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL makes no representation that the operation of the service or service product will be uninterrupted or error-free. The RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors on the service/product. It is Your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any opinion, advice, information, or other content provided in connection with the service or otherwise available through the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL. Please seek the advice of professionals, as appropriate, regarding the evaluation of any such opinion, advice, information, or other content
11. You agree to release and hold the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, any third-party providers, or sources of information or data and legal advisers (the “Publications House’s Affiliates”) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or related to the Products, including but not limited to: (a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, email, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL that may cause the Product to be delayed, disrupted, or corrupted; (d) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of utilizing our services; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with our services. In addition, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL and RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL’s Affiliates harmless from any claim, suit or demand, including attorney’s fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of your utilizing of our services, your violation or breach of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any other act or omission by you.
12. In no event shall the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL or any information provided by this RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to You.
13. You acknowledge and agree that We may unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions. We recommend You reviewing these Terms and Conditions from time-to-time as any such changes will be reflected in TERMS & CONDITIONS section of our RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL.
14. Ghost-righted research paper would not be sent for any discussion with the student or guide. No student is permitted to check the work done in any research paper written on the basis of ghostwriting. If a student is competent, he/she must write his/her paper by himself/herself only.
15. Only thesis chapters are permitted to be allowed to discuss with the student. For any thesis, liability lies only for plagiarism and not for any quality related issue.
16. After completion and delivery of a thesis/dissertation (in pdf format only after complete payment) via email ID, student would be permitted to check his/her thesis for plagiarism (less than or equal to 10%) within a time frame of next 12 days only. No liability for anything stands after this time period.

Book Titles Declaration (If applicable)

1. I know that plagiarism means taking and using the ideas, writings, works or inventions of another as if they were one’s own. I know that plagiarism not only includes verbatim copying, but also the extensive use of another person’s ideas without proper acknowledgement (which includes the proper use of quotation marks). I know that plagiarism covers this sort of use of material found in textual sources and from the Internet.
2. I acknowledge and understand that plagiarism is wrong.
3. This assignment is my own work, or my group’s own unique group assignment. I acknowledge that copying someone else’s assignment, or part of it, is wrong, and that submitting identical work to others constitutes a form of plagiarism.
4. I acknowledge that RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL will not be responsible for the facts expressed in the published book work and if differed in any manner; the entire liability will lie with the respective author(s) i.e. by me. I understand that the entire legal liabilities with respect to any kind of infringement will lie with me and I solely will be held responsible for the same.
5. The undersigned hereby transfer any and all rights in and to the paper/book/assignment including without limitation all copyrights to RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL
6. The opinions and statements made in this book are those of the authors concerned. Ultra-culture has not verified and neither confirms nor denies any of the foregoing and no warranty or fitness is implied.
7. The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that the book work is original and that he/she is the author(s) of the book, except for material that is clearly identified as to its original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required. The undersigned represents that he/she has the power and authority to make and execute this assignment. This agreement is to be signed by at least one of the authors who have obtained the assent of the co-author(s) where applicable.

Consultancy & Others

1. I ( Author/client) understand that the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL is acting only as a consultant for admission to various courses and institutions in India and abroad. In no way RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL is liable or accountable for the credibility of the other institutes not the COMPNAY is responsible for the quality of the content, quality of the course delivery, regular or online, the free structure of the institutes , operations of those institutes and their other terms and conditions.
2. The student has to verify and satisfy himself/herself before making any payment or placing any order on the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL.

Refund or Cancellation Policy

1. No refund shall be made for the paper that is published online (on Journal weblink) or offline or accepted by a Journal or by a conference.
2. Wrong deposits shall be returned back within 2 weeks provided the payee informs us in writing within 24 hrs of incorrect deposition.
3. There are no refunds if the author withdraws his or her paper from consideration.
  There shall be no refunds if the published paper is removed due to Copyright Infringement Claims or any other issue.
4. There are no refunds if Publications is delayed by the Journals due to reasons beyond the control of RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL.
5. In case of refund, Bank charges and the Govt Taxes shall be borne by the Author.
  The decision of RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL shall be final and binding in the event of any dispute for refunds.

Changes to this Ethics & Policy

RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL can update this ethics & policy at any time at its own discretion. All the work done with us shall be guided by these policies . You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Please note that, once submitted for any kind of services with RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL, no amount/fee will be refunded in any case.

All suits by or against the Journal, shall be subject to Jind, Haryana Jurisdiction only.

Declaration

By reading these terms and conditions, I agree that RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL shall not be liable for any legal theory or contracts for any kind issues caused by any other party. RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL is also not liable to verify or justify information provided by various parties i.e. educational institutions, coaching institutes, individual journals. I understand that I have checked and verified every information available with RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL before taking it into consideration. I understand that RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL is not liable for any misinformation, data theft, any kind of loss or system damage occurring due to use of these external links.

I understand that I have studied and understood all the terms and conditions of RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL therein. I understand that any kind of legal liability lies entirely with me and RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL shall not be responsible for anything. I am fully aware of the terms and condition of the RESEARCH SOLUTIONS GLOBAL and a full explanation of all the terms have been explained to me. I am therefore willing to enter into this agreement with full knowledge of trot terms and conditions.
